Public photography is not against the law and Rick will be dealing with folks who think it is and these folks will end up wasting tax payers money by calling law enforcement or they will just show their plan ignorance on public photography and you witness the outcome as Rick educates the uneducated about the 1st Amendment.
We will be showcasing good behavior and bad from folks on this page, with with videos and pictures.
Lets see who disrespects Rick's 1st Amendment rights as he gathers content for this web site and Kooky Catman Media.
You will laugh, you may cry and shake your fist, either with Rick or against him, as he stands up for his 1st Amendment rights as a member of the media.

The Waving Finger Says It All
It's truly astounding how many people seem unaware of, or disregard, the fundamental rights enshrined in the First Amendment, particularly the right to photograph in public spaces.
The assumption that taking pictures constitutes an invasion of privacy or requires explicit permission is a common misconception. The reality is that, generally speaking, photographing in public is a protected activity, capturing moments and events that shape our society.
This lack of understanding not only hinders the free flow of information and artistic expression, but also undermines the very principles upon which our nation was founded. .
.
I understand they are uneducated regarding the matter at hand. Yet what infuriates me is the sheer arrogance of folks, like the lady in the donut trailer, getting so upset with me ,when I politely decline when demanded me do not take her picture.
I asked her to please educate herself about my right to 1st amendment photography in public.
That went over like a fart in church, by the way.
I walked away happy as a clam and she looked like I filled the hole in her donut.
I hope she had a better day.

The Sign Says It All
Anyone can put a sign up saying " No Photography".
Yet one can politely decline and snap away while being on a public street during the Fine Arts Festival.
Even after the lady was not so nice in demanding that I shall not take any pictures.
Thank goodness for our 1st Amendment rights.
