The Artist Colony Indoor Gallery will be open monthly, the 2nd Wednesday of every month, 10-3pm starting April but excluding August when the Elks is closed.

It is an Open Air Party thrown every Tuesday. The Party is free and everyone is invited, even pups .

Summertime usually is filled with only local players.

Burgerfest In Paradise 2024

We are excited to bring the 2nd Annual Burgerfest In Paradise event to Englewood FL.
Last year, we had 17 grillers.
This year, we are working with Englewood Sunset Rotary Impact Club, and all the proceeds will go back to our community. The date is October 19th, 2024, from 11am. to 2pm. est at Pioneer Plaza. 325 W Dearborn St., Englewood FL 34223.
Every griller brings their own variation burger to taste all cooked on charcoal ONLY. Along with the burgers, we will also have beer,
water, wine coolers,
Ritas Itlian Ice, and fresh squeezed lemonade.
Tickets for all items will be sold in 2 locations.
There will be blind judging as well as a people's choice award.
Last year's winners were Don Wilson of Xavier Financial, who will be defending his championship again this year, and not participating was 2023 restaurant winner Cape Haze Tavern.

October 31st, 2024.
This is a Free Event for the community.
The Kooky Catman Will Be There.
OEVA is seeking Volunteers for safety patrol. Please email Events@OldEnglewood.com if you or your group would like to help.
The 29th Annual Halloween Safewalk will be held on Oct. 31st, 2024, between the hours of 5 – 7 pm. on Dearborn Street in Englewood.
The Street will be close at 4PM that day from McCall Rd to Cedar St..
This event is intended to provide a safe venue for our community to celebrate the holiday.
Area Business, Community Groups or Individuals who wish to participate will need to register to be authorized to distribute candy at the Safewalk.
The registration form can be found by contacting The Old Englewood Village Association (OEVA), at Events@OldEnglewood.com, or by visiting the Englewood Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) office.
Located at 370 W. Dearborn Street, Ste. D in Englewood.
Applications need to be returned and approved, no later than Oct. 18th, 2024.
Hancock Grills is hosting Mullet Fest on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Pioneer Plaza.
The event will have a mullet smoke-off competition, cast net throwing competition, mullet hair competition, live music, local arts & crafts and much more.
Music- Jimmy Bishop
Contestants turn in their fish at 1pm to the judges. Winner will be announced before 2pm.

Englewood Seafood & Music Festival
If relaxing, having fun, enjoying good food, and listening to great live music over the weekend sounds like your perfect plan, then we have exactly what you need at the 6th Annual Englewood Seafood & Music Festival.
Dates of the festivities are January 31st-February 2nd, 2025.
The fun and relaxation start Friday evening from 4pm-10pm, continuing Saturday 11am-10pm and Sunday 11am-6pm.
Admission is FREE!
The event is produced by Paragon Festivals in association with Sarasota County.
Choose your foods from a diverse menu of seafood, meat, and vegetarian dishes, all cooked fresh onsite by local restaurants and food purveyors.
Seafood dishes are prepared using only the freshest local and sustainable ocean resources from the Florida Gulf Coast.
Select from a variety of side dishes and, of course, awesome desserts!
Liquid refreshment includes selections of alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and fruit drinks, along with sodas and bottled water.
While immersed in great food, listen to some of Florida’s top musical groups from genres such as R&B, blues, jazz, rock, and Caribbean sounds.
The entertainment schedule will be posted as the festival date approaches.
Last year’s performers included The Billy Rice Band, Kara Nally Band, K-Luv & United Funk Foundation, Trey Wanvig Band, Dr Dave Band, Annika Chambers Deslauriers & Paul Deslauriers, 22N, Maiden Cane, Jack’D Up, Kettle of Fish, and Gas House Gorillas.
During breaks between performances, enjoy shopping at a marketplace of fine arts, crafts, and select fine products and food items.
